I'm nearly 23 and I know what you mean! Usually I'm one of the younger ones in my fandoms too. It doesn't bother me much as the meme's clearly marked as over 18, and I started reading slashy porn when I was 12 (Westlife, yeahh...my first fandom was RPF), then started writing Duran Duran slash when I was 14... I don't have any qualms about RPF as it's something I've done for as long as I've known about fanfic and slash. The only thing that squicks me with RPF is if they have partners - so my version of RFP is in kinda an alternate reality without pre-existing partners.

I can never do RPF once I've met the people though - meeting Duran Duran was amazing, but it compeltely ruined any enjoyment I got out of the fics.
