What? They've acted in OTHER things?!
So, you may be aware that some cast members of HH have acted in other things. Give their profession, this is understandable.
This post is for those who would like to prompt/fic about the other things the guys/girls have been in, without mixing it up with HH-related/non-crossover fic on the other posts.
General Rules
- Personal attacks and any kind of trolling, hate speech, or bullying are obviously forbidden. Anon comments violating this rule will be deleted, signed in members will be banned.
- If your comment is deleted/screened/frozen and you don't know why, please email the mod at hhanonmeme@gmail.com
- Prompt posts will close to new prompts at 3,000 comments.
Prompting Rules
- One prompt per comment.
- Please follow the correct format (see below).
- Include trigger warnings in the subject line. Use your discretion and please be considerate.
- If your prompt is missing something, such as a subject or a warning, repost it in it’s entirety. It is not enough to reply to your own comment with the missing information. The mods will delete the previous duplicate comment.
- Multiple fills of the same prompt by different authoranons are allowed.
- If for any reason you start a fill but feel you can't finish the WIP you've created, and if you're happy to let someone finish it for you, put it up for HH Meme Fostering and Adoption.
Format of Prompts
- Put [RPF] before RPF prompts.
- For crossover prompts: "[Crossover], HH Character(s)/Other Character(s), [Fandom]"
- Anyone, everyone, no one? Use "Other."
- Put [GEN] before GEN prompts.
- Use appropriate warnings.
- Don't embed any photos, videos or other media.
- Copy and paste links in full; anon comments with active coded links are marked as spam and the mod doesn't switch accounts often enough - it may be a few days before those screened comments are de-screened.
- To make the archiving job easier, please drop a link to your fill/unprompted fic here at the fills post.
- Nothing here you fancy filling? Take a look at the unfilled prompts archived here or at Round 1.
FILL: A Growing Situation, Chris/Tim, NC-17 [1B/2]
(Anonymous) 2011-10-29 03:23 pm (UTC)(link)He’s always around Tim’s house, after all. To the point where even Marcus greets his presence with only an almost fond eyeroll. Always popping up there after work, watching movies at the weekend, occasionally sleeping over when he gets bored with his apartment…
And Tim always visits him at work, too. So often that he’s sure the managers think that they’re already together and have been for years. They chat in the shop with the customers frowning on, laugh in the backroom with the other employee looking disapproving over his coffee, spend hours sitting at the desk together and ignoring the outside world.
And they always call each other. A quick check of his mobile reveals, unsurprisingly, that all of his last calls were with Tim. A quick check of Tim’s mobile, stolen during a bathroom break, reveals exactly the same pattern with him. Endless hours of sitting in the shop with a phone pressed to his ear, ceaseless anecdotes traded with Tim sprawling on his sofa, inevitable contact at least once a day.
He smiles when he finds out.
It makes things a hell of a lot easier.
-
He’s a kind man (some of the time), though, and so he takes things slow. Doesn’t just grab Tim’s shirt one day, slam him back against a wall and start undoing his jeans as the adorable man starts helplessly flailing above (though he does wonder how Tim would react after the flailing was over: wonders if he would kiss back with equal enthusiasm, wonders if his hands would bruise, wonders how his tongue would feel as it pressed in…)
He starts, covertly, doing slightly more romantic things for Tim. Actually tidying his flat instead of vaguely poking at the thing in the sink and then giving up, actually making tea instead of just buying store-brought coffee and happily watching Tim wince, actually making an effort instead of just settling for second best and watching Tim wearily accept it.
“This is actually rather nice,” Tim says on his third attempt at making dinner, a surprised expression painted over his face.
And things are going excellently.
-
After a quick check of his finances, and a sharp reminder that hacking is fun but illegal, he covertly starts taking Tim out to dinner. First just at greasy pizza places for about half an hour but soon progressing from those less than noble starts – Fish and Chips, Chinese, Italian with candles on the table and a hushed atmosphere.
“Nice breadsticks,” Tim murmurs on their third visit to such a place, timidly chewing on one as he peruses the menu.
…It’s as good a time as any, “you have a nice face.”
And Tim stares for a long, caught-in-the-headlights moment… But then simply shrugs, and returns to his perusing without another word on the subject.
Victory.
